Kilmeena GAA 125 Celebrations
Plans are now being finalised for a “social and get together” for the older members of the Club and their families, as part of the celebrations of its 125th Anniversary. Invites have gone out to the older generation at home and abroad to attend on Sunday, May 4. The group will assemble at 5pm in the Sports Park where introductions and presentation of parchments will take place. We will then march behind the 125 Banner, led by the Clew Bay Pipe Band, the short distance to the Community Centre. Transport will be available for anyone who needs it.
Refreshments will be served and invited guests can relax with their colleagues and friends from former years. Every effort is being made by the Club to make this a very special occasion. If the weather is not suitable the whole event will take place in the Community Centre.
