Kilmeena U16s travelled to Ballina this evening where they were beaten in the Division 2 county championship by Ballina in a highly entertaining game. Ballina started much better than Kilmeena and dominated most of the first half and went in leading by 2 - 3 to 0 - 3 points.However, Kilmeena who were missing some key players rallied well in the second half and really put it up to Ballina. However, in the sweltering heat on a beautiful evening, Ballina just had too much in the end running out winners on the scoreline of
