Kilmeena under 12 girls travelled to Killeen NS to play their first game of the season against Louisburgh. They played 9 aside football and the team who togged out today were Sarah McDonald, Carolyn Keane, Dearbhla Grealis, Cliodhna O'Connell, Nina Mathastein, Sarah Butler, Katie Hogan, Shannon Bourke and were led by captain Aoife Lavelle. No scores are kept at this age level as the emphasis in on FUN and skill development. Thank you to Louisburgh for making us feel very welcome today and for all their good wishes. We look forward to our next home game against our neighbours Burrishole on Monday, 1st April.
Training will continue on Tuesday next March 26 at 6pm for the under 12 and under 14 girls.
